Flexstar Technology Expands its Sales and Service in Japan
by Inking a Deal with Mediken

Fremont, California. August 25, 2008- Flexstar Technology, Inc. (Flexstar) the worldwide leading supplier of storage test systems, today announced that it has entered into a contract with Mediken Inc, (Media Kenkyuusho, KK) to distribute and service Flexstar products throughout Japan. “We are excited about expanding our capabilities in the Japanese storage industry”, asserted Anthony Lavia, President and CEO of Flexstar, “with the rapid emergence of the Solid State Drive sector and the continued growth in HDD and ODD business, we can now reach our expanding customer base with an extended product portfolio and provide them with the very best service; Mediken is a perfect fit for us, with their focus on service excellence and their extensive knowledge and reach into the storage industry”.

Mediken was established in 1991 providing precision equipment into the HDD industry.
